This option allows clubs to enter their ARC/IATA number, so it can be passed along to an accommodation or car vendor to ensure the club gets its commission.
This option allows clubs to add their Hertz corporate ID discount rate number. The application uses this configurable number to populate the "CDP Number" field on the carCriteria page and uses the Member Hertz CD Number for the number of users logged in as members. This information is used to provide a discount when searching for Hertz car availability.

Use this configurable number when linking to the Hertz site to enroll members in the Hertz #1 Club Gold. This number is combined with the association, club name and the configurable "Member Hertz CD Number" to build the link to the Hertz site.
Club's offering Premier memberships will need to setup the new "Hertz #1 Gold PC# - premier memberships" setting within the Maintain Application Settings section of Support Manager. With it's implementation, this setting will be pre-populated with the PC number received from Hertz for each club.

This option allows you to set the maximum number of profiles for a travel user to any number between one and ten. The default is four. To set the number of default profiles, click on the down arrow next to the Maximum Number of Profiles per User field and highlight a number.
Lists the maximum number of itineraries that a user can receive per trip. The default value is set to 5.

This text appears in the title bar of a club’s home page (e.g., AAA Online, Auto Club of…, etc.).

Travel Booking: Clubs can now apply a custom check rule to bookings made on aaa.com. Clubs that require Custom Check Rules on their booking and/or ticketing pseudo city codes can setup a new Custom Check Rule for the aaa.com bookings. This new custom check rule should be a very simple, so virtually all PNRs meet the rule conditions. This allows the clubs to keep their current Custom Check Rules in place for their travel agents with a mandatory rule requirement.
NOTE: If the new Custom Check Rule conditions are not met by the internet PNRs, then the user's booking fails. The intent of this Custom Check Rule feature is not to enforce strict PNR requirements, but simply to meet the requirement that states a rule must be attached to a PNR for pseudo cities that require a mandatory rule.

Clubs have the ability to configure invoice issuance for domestic and/or international car bookings, and for domestic and/or international hotel bookings.
1. Scroll to the bottom of the Applications Settings page to configure invoice issuance.

3. Enter the complete Apollo format to issue invoice and generate record to your back-office accounting (Example: HBDIDAD ).
4. Click the ”r;Submit” Button when finished.

Clubs now have the ability to choose if they wish to have the Travel Advisory messages displayed on their web site. The new "Display Travel Advisory Messages" setting within the Application Settings section of Support Manager can be set to "Y" to display or "N" to not display the Travel Advisory.
The "Display Travel Advisory Messages" setting will be set to "Y" to display the advisory message with its implementation.
The Travel Advisory functionality has also been enhanced to only display the advisory message when users are searching destinations for which the advisory was created. National Office now has the ability to create advisories for specific locations, based on location codes.
With the implementation of Release 54, the Travel Advisory is only setup to display for the gulf states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

The Booking Multiple Hotel Rooms functionality will allow consumers to book up to four (4) rooms at the same property. After a consumer has booked their first room, a link appears on the My Trips page to "Book Another Room". Unique primary guest names must be specified for each additional hotel room booked. Separate email confirmations will be generated for each booked room and will contain the primary guest specified for each room. The My Trips page will list all hotel rooms booked and the primary guest name specified for each room.

When viewing U.S. National Parks editorial pages in the AAA.com Online TourBook, users can now click a "National Parks Pass" link that will take them directly to the "National Park Pass" page where passes can be purchased. A new setting entitled "Restrict Near-Term Hotel Bookings" has been added to Support Manager under the General/Application Settings section. This setting gives clubs the ability to either enable or disable the restrict near-term hotel bookings option. When this setting is enabled and the check-in date is considered near-term (reservation is being made after noon - Eastern Standard Time - on the day before arrival), the user will be restricted from proceeding with the hotel booking.
If a club has selected this option to restrict hotel reservations for near term arrivals, the consumer will receive an alert advising them of the restriction. The message the consumer will receive is club configurable and can be modified under Content Manager/Page Messages/Club Miscellaneous Settings.
