Travel Agency Phone Numbers

From this section, you can setup or modify the travel agency phone numbers that display separately for air, car, and hotel, in the FONE section of the PNR.

Configure Phone Numbers:

1. Login to Support Manager

2. Click on the Travel Agency Phone Numbers hyperlink. The Travel Agency Info page opens.

3. Enter or change the phone number for the Air, Car, and Hotel agencies.  They can all be the same or each one can be different.

4. Press .  The system saves the information.  

5. Verify the phone number is correct by checking the PNR - FONE section.
