These options allow you to add club level booking comments to the PNR. These remarks appear in the [ ]:5 Remarks area of the Apollo PNR. Instructional remarks for the travel agents can be placed in these remarks. If you club’s accounting system uses these fields, you can place accounting information here also.
Apollo special characters are allowed in these remarks including:
Enter "@" for an Apollo "Pillow" character.
Enter "+" for an Apollo "End Item" character.
Enter "<MEMID>" to insert the member id.
Enter "<MEMID_10DIGIT>" to insert the member id truncated to the last 10 digits.
Enter "<MEMSTAT>" to insert the member status (i.e. "Y" or "N").
Enter "<FNAME>" to insert the customer's first name.
Enter "<LNAME>" to insert the customer's last name.
Enter "<BSPREGION>" to insert the Canadian BSP region Code - CAA Only; Flight Ticketing Remarks Only.
Enter "<CLUBCODE>" to insert the club code.
Enter "<BOOKINGFEE>" to insert the booking fee. (Note: This is the total fee; not a per passenger fee
Enter "<BOOKINGSYSTEM>" to insert the name of the system where the reservation is booked.
