Club Air Travel Insurance Settings                                      Implemented with Release 37

Use this screen to define the settings for the Access America Travel Insurance functionality.  These settings are used to activate the functionality, determine your clubs ACCAM code and define the Pseudo City code for both the Succeeded and Failed transactions.

 

Setup Instructions:

  1. Login to Support Manager

  2. Click on the Club Air Travel Insurance Settings hyperlink.  The Club Air Travel Insurance page opens.

  3. Use the checkbox to activate the Access America Travel Insurance. This check box will be unchecked (not Activated) as the default.

  4. Enter your club's ACCAM code in the "Clubs Access America ACCAM code" field. This code must be obtained by TripAssist. All sales and commissions will be tracked to this number. Please note that the ACCAM number is a required field. Support Manager settings will not be saved without this number. This number needs to be fully registered with Access America for the policy to be processed online.

  5. Modify, if required, the text to be displayed to the user if they elect not to purchase the Insurance. This message will be displayed on both the Air Confirmation page and the Air Confirmation e-mail sent to the user. The entire message displayed to the user is not club configure, only the section of the message that defines who to call to purchase the Insurance. The following are suggestion for this text:

Please call Access America at 1-800-455-6111 and mention Club 998

 Please call AAA at 1-800-XXX-XXXX and mention TripAssist Air

  1. Enter the Pseudo City and Queue that will receive the Succeeded PNR record from TripAssist.

  2. Enter the Pseudo City and Queue that will receive the Failed PNR record from TripAssist.

  3. Press .  The system saves information and displays a confirmation message.
