From
this screen clubs can define their credit card settings. Clubs
can enable and setup their merchant ID's for real time credit card processing
for the Join and Renewal functionality, select the credit cards that are
accepted by your club and select the credit cards your club wants displayed.
The Association Enhanced Site Online Join and Renewal functionality has been modified to automatically process credit card payments. To accomplish this, the Association has procured the ability to process credit cards online through a service bureau agreement with CyberSource. All clubs using the Association Enhanced Site Join and Renewal functionality must transition to the real-time credit card processing functionality.
Select the credit cards your club accepts. The list of the Club-Accepted credit cards appears for the following functionality:

This List also serves
as a final backup list for Car and Hotel if the accepted credit cards
could not be pulled from the vendor. Be aware that
Air, Car and Hotel all pull the accepted credit cards from the vendor.
However, for Air, if the cards are not available from the vendor, then
the system uses a list of credit cards configured by AAA National.

On the hotel detail page, the credit cards the system displays come from the hotel's tourbook credit card list and are cross-referenced with your club's list for displayable credit cards.
If a credit card the hotel accepts, according to the tourbook, is not on the list of club displayable credit cards, it will not appear on the hotel detail page.
However, on the Payment page, the rules are different. The system obtains the credit cards from Apollo for the individual hotel. To select multiple cards, hold down the "Ctrl" key while selecting cards.
IMPORTANT: To reinforce the AAA brand and encourage usage of AAA credit cards, all AES Credit Card payment dropdown lists include the AAA Visa and/or AAA MasterCard. These two cards appear only when your club's regular Visa and MasterCard selections exist on the list. The AAA Visa and/or AAA MasterCard appear at the top of each Credit Card payment dropdown list. How AES displays the AAA Visa and/or AAA MasterCard is not club-configurable. The AES application places the American Express credit card last in the Credit Card payment dropdown list of available credit cards.
